Remastered Game update

Fixed a few things, added a few things and changed a few things. Some notable additions, glitchy but there is something to do in the chromosome now. Also added low ammo warning and auto reload when your out. Find the rest for yourself. This is likely the last update this month as I am switching back to my actual game for a while.
